What doesnt kill you makes you stronger (or stranger?)

OK so after my miraculous 16.25 miles three weeks ago I could barely walk for a week let alone run anywhere, I thought my legs were going to fall off. So rather than makes things worse I rested up for a week, found myself somewhere to give a deep tissue sports massage and in the last 2 weeks have been out doing between 7-9 miles a few times a week.

But this weekend is the big one

I am going to head in to London on an early train on Sunday and get myself around 20 miles.

Yes I am yes I am yes I am

I am petrified I have to be honest after what happened after 16. But I am booked in for a massage on Monday so hopefully that should help.

Oh and sexy new Sauconys arrived this morning so I am back to maximum cushioning.
